Hi there, Honestly, I was very excited with anticipation waiting for my necklace to arrive, once it did, I have to say I was let down somewhat. The back of the monogram had dents and scratches and the clasp where the charm connects to the chain is halfway open. It's fallen off three times while wearing it. I've had to take a pair of plyers to it. I am an avid collector of monogram pieces and I was not fully satisfied with the purchase. I love the concept but for $50 dollars I expected far better.

I thought it would take a while to get the necklace, but it was only a little over a week. I love my necklace and never have to take it off (my skin is very sensitive). My toddler did snatch the necklace and broke it, but it was an easy fix. I will definitely order from this site again if anything were to happen to my necklace.
