When I purchased the necklace I had too many letters for them to put in braille. My friend, who is blind,, was unable to read the braille. I contacted the company and they immediately set about to make it right. We worked together to shorten the inscription and they promptly sent out a new necklace. My friend LOVES it and is so happy!
