I ordered from this website because of the Youtuber HeyClaire- Claire Marshall-on the 4th and it arrived on the 13th of October. I ordered a solid 14k yellow gold for myself and a 24k gold plated necklace for my sister. They are both equally beautiful! The only constructive criticism I have to offer is for better packaging for the 14k solid gold orders. The 24k gold came in a neat pouch, on a piece of cardboard, and the chain was not tangled at all. The 14k solid gold necklace was in a box and the chain was super knotted up when I opened it. I had to carefully sit under a light to untangle it for at least half an hour. I was very gentle with it, because I was terrified of breaking the chain. I look forward to wearing it out and only time will tell how durable this company's products are. I will update my review or post a new one a few months from now, if something negative happens before then, I will also check back in. I love these necklaces so far!

The necklace is so pretty! I use it for layering in between my Tiffany’s and Mejuri necklaces! I only got the 24k gold plating instead of the actual gold one because I wanted to see how it would be like before I committed and the gold is more of a yellower gold, but it still looks fine. I got the size delicate and I wonder how the other sizes would look because the nameplate is a bit thin and I worry that it’ll snap if any pressure or force is placed on it. One thing I would have loved to know is how it would have looked if I would have ticked the double thickness box. I lOVE my nameplate necklace!
I've been wearing the heck out of my necklace since the day I got it! I keep getting compliments on it too! Only negative is I was not aware that the item would ship from out of the US, to a distribution center and THEN get mailed out. They gave me a tracking number and for a week or two, there was no updates on the tracking. I thought the package had been lost so I emailed them. I think it would be best not to send the tracking order until the item can actually be tracked.

I got the rolo chain instead of the box chain because my last one (a different company) had a box chain that kept breaking. The rolo chain is not as pretty but it feels sturdy, as does the name itself. I hope that it does not tarnish quickly because other than that it is perfect. Thank you.

Jonathan, one of the customer service reps has exceptionally customer service skills and is very accommodating; you can tell they truly care about their customers. And the necklace is so lovely and delicate and definitely worth the purchase! My only regret is getting the 18 in chain length as opposed to a 16 in as my neck is not that long and I prefer the necklace to hang a little high, but other than that, would recommend!

The only thing that I was a little disappointed by was that the name was bigger than I thought. I wished it was smaller. This is why I removed one star. ¿Qué largo de cadena debo ordenar?
Todo depende de ti para decidir dónde te quedará el collar, en la imagen de arriba puedes ver aproximadamente cómo te quedará el collar.
Para mayor precisión, te recomendamos que midas la longitud de la cadena que deseas con una cuerda o cinta.
Para niños de 4 a 12 años, sugerimos una cadena de 14". Para adolescentes y adultos de tamaño promedio que deseen una longitud inferior al hueso del cuello, se recomienda una cadena de 16". Para la mitad del largo del pecho, cuellos más llenos, solicite 18".
Para personas más grandes, o un collar más largo (justo encima del pecho) Solicite una cadena de 20" o 22" más larga. Ten en cuenta que la longitud de la cadena no incluye la longitud del dije.
